While the domain VTAssociates.us still exists, the company is no more.

Since the loss of my two largest clients some years ago I have been working toward establishing a new career in education.

For the past five years, while substitute teaching, I have attained my Master of Arts in education culminating in receipt of a Maine Kindergarten through eighth teacher certification, and 0282 (Teacher of Children with Disabilities) Kindergarten through eighth, and seventh through 12th endorsements.

My current interest in education, associated with providing for students with special needs, is Universal Design for Learning (UDL). This interest was precipitated by my knowledge and experience with computer and Internet technologies, and exposure to the concepts and guiding principles of UDL through SED687 - Technology and Communication for Learning, a graduate course offered by the University of Southern Maine on line.
